Dr. Shanti M. Pepper
Helping other therapists evolve as trauma specialists, incorporate holistic approaches to healing, and stay in love with their careers.
The journey of a therapist is one of constant evolution and self-reflection, now is the time to invest in ways that nurture you personally, and ground you professionally!

Hello, I'm Shanti
Â
Being a trauma therapist is full of joy, connection, laughter, and deep reverence for the human experience.
It can also be extraordinarily exhausting (and intimidating!) as you navigate complex situations and emotions, attune to each client’s needs and nervous system, and spend countless hours trying to master, organize, and implement effective treatments.
When you work with me, you will walk away feeling rooted in theory, confident in your skills, nurtured as a human, fully engaged and present, and invigorated about your work. This is a place where challenges are embraced, curiosity is encouraged, and you stay connected to the joy and purpose of being a therapist.
Work with me!

"She’s absolutely amazing at breaking down information and providing non-textbook answers, and putting them into real life examples." S.Y.
"As a therapist who will be new to clinical work I love the integration of movement and breathwork in work with clients. Examples given and time to work one on one with what we learned was very helpful." S.J.
"The small group experience and getting to participate heavily was super helpful."Â S.W.
"You are so gentle in your approach and model many qualities that I admire. I appreciate how calming you are at any given moment. You embody complete acceptance at your trainings." T.R.
