The Whole Therapist
A holistic integration course for psychotherapists ready to deepen their care- and their impact!

As clinicians, we know the mind-body connection is vital, yet most therapists lack the training and support to confidently integrate wholistic interventions into therapy.
Do any of these resonate with your practice?Â
-01-You’ve learned the importance of nervous system regulation—but not how to actually apply this knowledge with clients.
You understand the why—but the how still feels unclear.
Many trainings explain why nervous system regulation matters, but few show you how to confidently lead clients through it in a clinical setting.
Â
-02-You want to integrate holistic tools like breathwork or movement but worry: Am I crossing a line?
You care about ethics and scope of practice—and it keeps you second-guessing.
You're passionate about holistic healing, but unsure if using certain tools in session is appropriate or if it veers into other professions' territory.
Â
-03-Your clients rarely follow through between sessions—and you're not sure how to inspire engagement.
You give your clients powerful tools—so why aren’t they using them?
Even when clients nod along in session, they often struggle to integrate breathwork or regulation practices into their daily lives.
...If any of this resonates with you, you’re exactly where you need to be.
I’ve spent years dedicated to helping therapists confidently and naturally integrate holistic practices into their clinical work.
Â

Therapists are expanding their tools- and the science backs them up!
Integrating mind-body practices leads to:
 More effective nervous system regulation
 Deeper trauma processing
Developing a heightened awareness of internal body sensations (noticing & naming)Â
Fostering the creation of new neural pathways
Experiencing "embodied insights" - moving from intellectual understanding to true bodily awareness of change.
Â

Why Holistic Integration Matters Now More Than Ever
Therapy is evolving—because clients are evolving.
More than ever, people are seeking care that honors both mind and body. They're looking for therapists who can guide them beyond insight alone—into practices that foster true regulation, resilience, and embodied healing.
As clinicians, staying rooted in evidence-based care while expanding your tools isn’t just a professional growth opportunity…it’s how we meet the deeper needs of those we serve.
- Mind-body interventions enhance outcomes, deepen client engagement, and support long-term transformation.
- The demand is growing—for therapists who can confidently offer integrative care without overstepping scope or sacrificing ethics.
- And the truth is—there’s no perfect moment to start. There’s only now.
You don’t need to overhaul your approach.
You simply need a clear, grounded path to weave holistic practices into the incredible work you’re already doing.

Imagine...
-
Feeling confident as you integrate breathwork, movement, or mind-body practices into your sessions—without second-guessing your scope.
-
Noticing your own sense of calm and presence deepening—even during intense or complex sessions.
-
Hearing clients reflect back how these practices are helping them between sessions, not just during them.
- Watching client buy-in grow as they begin to trust the process—and themselves—more fully.

Let's look at what we'll cover
Module 1:Â Root to Rise: Laying the Groundwork
This opening module lays the groundwork with the science and biology behind holistic interventions, which includes exploring the nervous system, specific research that supports the use of whole-health integration, therapist co-regulation, and how providers can continue to engage in self-inquiry in session.
Module 2: Safe Soil: Trauma Sensitive Language, Dissociation, & Honoring Identities
This module explores how to skillfully guide holistic practices using intentional tone, pacing, and trauma-sensitive language. We explore considerations for diverse clients, general safety and scope of practice, dissociation, and contraindications for lifestyle interventions. Â
Module 3: Holding the Thread: Using Ritual and Routine to Sustain Growth
This module explores how to use ritual and routine—both in-session and in clients' daily lives—to create meaningful continuity and support lasting change. You'll learn to frame small practices as powerful, track progress with flexibility (not perfection), and celebrate even one-time wins, while integrating tools like activity logs, apps, and fine-tuning the process.
Module 4: Breath as Medicine: Teaching Foundational Practices
In this module, you’ll learn to guide clients through foundational breath practices like basic and diaphragmatic breathing, with a focus on safety and adaptability. These tools will help clients regulate and connect with their bodies in a trauma-sensitive, accessible way.Â
Module 5: Nourishing the Whole: The Role of Lifestyle in Mental and Physical Health
Hello, I'm Shanti
Every therapist deserves to feel supported, grounded, and confident in the work they love.
I created The Whole Therapist because I know how easy it is—especially for caring, committed clinicians—to feel overwhelmed when trying to bring mind-body practices into sessions.
You’re not lacking dedication. You’re not behind. You simply deserve a clear, thoughtful path that honors your integrity, your skill, and the way you already show up for your clients.
In my years of working with therapists, one truth has become clear:
When you feel nurtured, trusted, and resourced—you bring out the very best in yourself and in those you serve.
This course is designed to be that kind of space.
A space where:
You can honor both your clinical integrity and your passion for holistic healing.
You can build new skills with encouragement, not criticism.
You feel deeply seen—as both a clinician and a human being.
You don’t have to start over. You don’t have to be someone else.
You already have the heart of a Whole Therapist.
Now, let’s build the skills to match.
I can’t wait to meet you inside.
